Alanna, the Bojon Gourmet, is a local food photographer, and naturally my images can’t hold a candle to hers. Boyfriend and I tried to get a little creative because this baked oatmeal recipe definitely deserves it:

The peaches caramelize just beautifully and pair really well with the earthier cashew cream. We made this late at night to reheat for breakfast, and had to hold ourselves back from having it as a just-sweet-enough dessert instead.
