Wild About Mushrooms

The Mycological Society of San Francisco has made their cookbook available online! I can personally vouch for the miso-baked mushrooms: the salt in the soy product plays excellently against the mushrooms’ natural earthiness, and the baking time is short enough that they stay firm without drying out.
