Recipe: Sahlab

It’s a strange thing to remember so vividly, and maybe a stranger thing to be sentimental for – but made with almond milk and left in the fridge overnight, Spice Tribe‘s sahlab takes on the exact texture of a Snack Pack. From a food science perspective, I find this fascinating: a basic pudding with no animal products at all! To say nothing of the fact that it’s very easy to make, customizable, and almost certainly uses less sugar.
