Recipe: Crab bucatini

Edible East Bay‘s crab bucatini recipe might be the best thing I’ve made this year, possibly this pandemic. It’s exceptionally light, bright, and buttery.

We skipped the crab butchery, and probably a significant amount of time with it: this took about half an hour in total. Most of the ingredients store very easily; this is likely going into our regular rotation now.
